World Humane Organisation Whispers and Whiskers is an non-profit organiation registered in Scotland  under reference number SC 808301. It was founded in April 2024 by Mrs Hakima Douali with a passion for helping all animals in need particularly stray cats and dogs facing electrocution, shooting, and poisoning worldwide and mainly in  North Africa.  Our mission is to rescue these animals from harm and provide humane solutions for population management through microchipping, neutering or sterilisation and vaccination programs including educating the public about responsible pet ownership in order to reduce the overwhelming numbers of stray animals living in inhumane conditions in the streets or in animal pounds where they are starved and then inhumanely electrocuted and left in agonizing and suffering pain. Some are buried alive in landfills.  Relieving their unbearable suffering is our primary objective. We believe in eradicating culling in favor of humane practices to control the animal population in the streets.
